Abuse Policy

This policy explains how to report abuse involving a domain registered through LevelUpGrowth, or a website or email service hosted by LevelUpGrowth, and what we do about it. LevelUpGrowth is operated by Level Up Growth FZE LLC, a Free Zone Entity licensed by the Ajman Nuventures Centre (ANC) Free Zone, Government of Ajman, United Arab Emirates (licence no. 2629521929888), registered at BC-894540, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

1. What to report

Phishing, fraud, malware, spam, impersonation, trademark or copyright infringement, illegal content, or any other unlawful or harmful use of a domain, website or email service we provide.

2. How to report

Email [email protected] with “Abuse report” in the subject line, and include:

• the domain name or web address concerned;
• what is happening and when you saw it;
• any evidence, such as screenshots, links, or full email headers for spam or phishing;
• your name and how we can reach you.

Registries, registrars, courts and law enforcement can use the same address.

3. Our response

We acknowledge every abuse report and begin our review within 24 hours. Depending on what we find, we may contact our customer, ask for the problem to be fixed, or suspend, redirect or lock the domain, website or service. Where there is a risk of serious harm, we act first and tell the customer afterwards. We keep a record of each report and what we did.

4. Disclosure

For domains we hold on behalf of our customers, Level Up Growth FZE LLC is the registrant of record. If you give us reasonable evidence of actionable harm caused by the use of such a domain, we will disclose the identity and contact details of the customer using it, within 7 days, as ICANN rules require. We also disclose them to courts, dispute-resolution providers, registries, registrars and law enforcement where required. Our customers agree to this in our Domain Services Terms.

5. Disputes over who should hold a domain

A dispute about the right to a domain name itself is decided under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) or the dispute policy of the relevant registry. We act on the decisions of dispute providers and courts.

6. Reports made in bad faith

Please report only in good faith. We may disregard reports that are knowingly false or made to harass.
