AI Disclosure

We believe you should know exactly how AI works in LevelUpGrowth. This disclosure explains what our AI does, what it does not do, and where you stay in control. LevelUpGrowth is operated by Level Up Growth FZE LLC, a Free Zone Entity licensed by the Ajman Nuventures Centre (ANC) Free Zone, Government of Ajman, United Arab Emirates (licence no. 2629521929888), registered at BC-894540, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

1. Where AI is used

• Aria, the platform FAQ. Answers questions about how the platform works from the platform documentation, reads your plan name and credit balance, and directs you around the app. She does not execute work.
• The AI team. Sarah, the Digital Marketing Manager, leads a team of AI specialists that research, draft and organise marketing work: SEO, content, social, CRM and creative.
• Content generation. Website copy, articles, images and video are produced with AI.

2. You stay in control

Every task the team finishes is reviewed by Sarah for alignment with your brief, complete metadata and provenance before it reaches you. Work that fails that review returns to draft and is never counted as done or included in a bulk publish. Nothing publishes, posts or sends without your approval. On our own blog, posts are written by Sarah on the same rails and carry her byline; this page is linked from every post.

3. AI providers

To produce a result, the relevant parts of your request and workspace are processed by third-party AI model providers that work for us under contract. They process that content only to return the result to us, and they may not use your content to train their models. A list of our sub-processors is available on request at [email protected]. 4. Accuracy and limitations

AI can be wrong. Output may contain inaccuracies or need editing. Aria answers from the platform documentation and is designed not to invent information, but you should check anything important before relying on it or publishing it. You are responsible for the content you approve.

5. Your data and AI training

Your workspace content is used to operate the Service and produce the output you ask for. We do not use it to train AI models, and our AI providers may not use it to train theirs.

6. Credits

AI work uses credits. Credit costs are shown in the product and governed by the Refunds and Billing policy.
