Speed to lead

The first reply goes out while the enquiry is still warm.

Most enquiries are won or lost in the first hour. Clients makes sure none of them waits for you to notice it.

  • A reply in about a minute

When an enquiry arrives with an email address, Sarah writes the reply in your business's voice from your own details. She asks you once how you want it handled, then sends each one or shows you each one first.

  • Hot, warm or cold

Every enquiry is read for what the person wants, how urgent it is and what it may be worth, with what to say, what to offer and when to follow up. It costs no credits.

  • A clock on every unanswered enquiry

Still unanswered after an hour: a nudge in the app with the replies ready. After two: a push to your phone. After a day: one email. Only between 08:00 and 21:00 your time, and it stops the moment someone answers.

One record per person

Everything you know about a client, on one timeline.

Calls, notes, replies, bookings, quotes and stage changes are written on the client's record as they happen, whether you did them, Sarah did them or the client did. One person is matched on email or phone across every channel, and duplicates are found for you to merge.

Your industry's words

Stages that match how your clients actually move.

A clinic books visits, an estate agent arranges viewings, a builder sends quotes. Clients starts from your industry's stages, details and saved lists, and you can switch the set or rename the words.

Ask in the chat

Run your client list in a sentence.

Every morning at 08:00 your time, Sarah lists up to five people who need you, with the reason and a message ready to send. During the day, ask her anything about your clients.

"Who hasn't heard from us this week?" "Brief me on Marta before her consultation." "Move Hannah to Visited." "Log that I called Ben, he'll come Friday." "What needs me today?"
Automation and approval

What runs on its own, and what always waits for you.

Runs on its own

  • Creating the client record from every form, booking and chatbot conversation.
  • Rating each enquiry and suggesting the next step.
  • The response clock: nudges at one hour, two hours and one day.
  • Moving a client to Booked when you confirm their booking.
  • Bringing back enquiries over three weeks old, once a week, as one decision: follow up or let go.

Always waits for you

  • How replies go out: sent for you, or shown to you first. You choose, and you can stop it any time.
  • Follow-ups to quiet clients: written by Sarah, sent when you say so.
  • Quotes and payment requests: written on the record, sent in your business's name.
  • Deleting or merging a client: only on your instruction.

Questions

What owners ask about Clients.

Where do my clients come from?

Your website's contact and booking forms, the chatbot, your store, a CSV import, or a client you add by hand. Each one lands on the same record with the channel it came through, and one person is matched on email or phone so they are never counted twice.

Does Sarah reply to enquiries on her own?

Only the way you tell her to. The first time, she shows you the reply she would send and asks. After that she sends each reply, or shows you each one first, whichever you chose. "Stop replying for me" switches it off at any time.

Who does the reply come from?

From your business, in your voice. Your clients never see LevelUpGrowth or Sarah, and a reply never invents a price, a date or availability that is not in your business details.

What does it cost?

The client records, stages, ratings, reminders and the morning list are part of your plan. A reply Sarah writes and sends for you uses one credit.

Can I use my own stages?

Yes. Your stages, words and client details start from your industry, and you can switch the set or rename the words, so the board reads the way your business talks.

Can I import my existing contacts?

Yes, by CSV. Duplicates are found by email and phone, and you choose which records to merge.

Does it send email campaigns?

No. Clients sends the replies, confirmations and quotes your enquiries need, one person at a time. Bulk email marketing is not part of the product.

Can I take my data with me?

Yes. One click exports your clients and leads as a CSV, on every plan that includes Clients.
