Calendar and booking

Bookings from your site. Never a missed appointment.

Customers book from your website or ask your chatbot. The request lands on your calendar and in Clients, the customer hears back from your business straight away, and you confirm in one tap. Before every call, meeting and appointment, Sarah reminds you, with who it is and what they asked for.

How booking works

From a visitor's request to a confirmed appointment.

Five steps, and the customer is never left wondering whether anyone saw their request.

01 · CUSTOMERRequests
Books from your website's form, or asks your chatbot for a time.
02 · CLIENTSRecords
The client is created or updated, and the request appears on your calendar.
03 · YOUR BUSINESSAcknowledges
An email in your name with what they sent and what happens next.
04 · YOUConfirm
One tap in the Calendar or on the client. They move to Booked.
05 · SARAHReminds

In your name

The customer hears back at once, from you.

The moment a request arrives, the customer gets an email signed by your business: what they asked for, the date and time they would like, and what happens next. It never mentions LevelUpGrowth, and it never promises a slot you have not confirmed.

Your day, in one place

Everything with a time on it, and nothing that is not yours.

  • People, calls and to-dos

Appointments, confirmed bookings, requests, callbacks, meetings, follow-ups and strategy meetings with Sarah. Scheduled posts and articles stay in their own engines' calendars.

  • Ask Sarah to schedule it

"Book a call with Ruth tomorrow at 3", "move Daniel to Thursday", "cancel Friday's follow-up". Sarah schedules it from the chat in your time zone, and asks for your OK before she moves or cancels anything.

  • How it went, on the record

Mark an item done, a no-show or cancelled, and it is written on the client's timeline in Clients. A follow-up done here is done there too.

Automation and approval

What runs on its own, and what always waits for you.

Runs on its own

  • Turning each website and chatbot request into a client and a calendar request.
  • The "request received" email to the customer, in your business's name.
  • Reminders before every call, meeting and appointment, and never one sent too late to use.
  • Writing every confirmation, decline, no-show and visit on the client's timeline.

Always waits for you

  • Confirming or declining a booking request.
  • The exact time agreed with the customer.
  • Moving or cancelling anything Sarah suggests: only with your OK.
  • How far ahead you are reminded, item by item, or not at all.
  • Reminder emails: on by default, off with one switch.

Questions

What owners ask about the Calendar.

How do customers book?

From the booking or reservation form on your website, or by asking your chatbot. Each request lands on your calendar as a request, creates or updates the client in Clients, and tells you it arrived.

What does the customer receive?

An email from your business, never from LevelUpGrowth, confirming the request with the details they sent and what happens next. If they need to change something, they reply to it.

Is a booking confirmed automatically?

No. A request waits for you. Confirm or decline it in the Calendar or on the client's record; confirming moves the client to your booked stage, and both are written on their timeline.

How do reminders work?

Sarah tells you in your chat, which also reaches your phone through the companion app, and you get a notification and an email unless you switch reminder emails off. By default it is 30 minutes before calls, meetings and appointments and 15 before a callback. Each item can have its own time, or none.

Can I take payments at booking?

Not in the Calendar. A booking captures the appointment. You can send a quote or payment request to the client from their record in Clients.

Does it show my scheduled posts too?

No. Your calendar is for your own day: people, calls and to-dos. Scheduled posts and articles stay in the calendars of the engines that publish them, where Sarah keeps track of them.

Which time zone is used?

Yours. Every time on the calendar, and every reminder, is in your own local time, whatever time zone a booking was made from.

Can my team use it?

Team seats are set by plan and listed on the pricing page.
