Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of the LevelUpGrowth platform and website (the “Service”). LevelUpGrowth is operated by Level Up Growth FZE LLC, a Free Zone Entity licensed by the Ajman Nuventures Centre (ANC) Free Zone, Government of Ajman, United Arab Emirates (licence no. 2629521929888), registered at BC-894540, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. In these Terms, “we” and “us” mean Level Up Growth FZE LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

LevelUpGrowth provides website building, SEO, content, creative, CRM, calendar and AI features, including Aria (the platform FAQ) and the AI team led by Sarah. Features marked “coming soon” are not yet available. We may update or improve the Service over time.

Domains bought through LevelUpGrowth are also covered by our Domain Services Terms, and every service by our Abuse Policy.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your credentials and the activity in your workspace. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act for your business.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.
• No attempts to breach security, reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.
• No use of AI features to generate prohibited, illegal or misleading material.
• You are responsible for the content you publish.

4. AI output

AI features prepare drafts and suggestions for your review. AI output can be inaccurate, so you must review it before it is published or relied on: you approve what goes live. See the AI disclosure. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, fit for a particular purpose or non-infringing.

5. Plans, credits and billing

Paid plans, add-ons and credits are governed by the Refunds and Billing policy. Prices, plan contents and credit costs are shown before you buy and may change on notice; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

6. Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of the content and data you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it to operate the Service. You can export your website and data at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and the LevelUpGrowth brand are owned by Level Up Growth FZE LLC and its licensors.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties beyond those these Terms state, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profits, or for loss of data beyond what can reasonably be recovered from our backups, except where the law does not allow that exclusion.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these Terms or where the law requires it.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman, and the courts of Ajman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
