Automation, built in

The follow-ups you forget. Done every time.

Every enquiry recorded and answered in about a minute. Every lead rated and chased before it goes cold. Every booking acknowledged in your name, every appointment reminded. The routine of running a business runs on its own from day one, and anything that speaks to a customer follows the rules you set.

The response clock

No enquiry waits longer than it should.

A clock starts on every enquiry nobody has answered. Each step happens once, in your working hours, and the clock stops the moment someone replies, books or closes it.

~1 min

A reply in your voice

For an enquiry with an email address, Sarah writes from your own business details and sends it or shows you first, as you chose.

1 h

A nudge in the app

One message listing who is still waiting, with the replies ready to send.

2 h

A push to your phone

Through the companion app, so it reaches you away from your desk.

24 h

One email

The last call. After three weeks, unanswered enquiries come back once a week as a single decision: follow up, or let go with a reason.

Hand-offs

Every part of the account tells the others.

Your website, Clients, the Calendar and your chat share one record, so nothing has to be copied from one place to another.

  • Enquiry to client

Forms, booking requests and chatbot conversations create or update one client, matched on email or phone, with the channel they came through.

  • Booking to calendar

A request goes on your calendar for you to confirm; confirming moves the client to your booked stage, and a follow-up scheduled in Clients appears on your calendar.

  • Outcome to timeline

Replies, confirmations, visits, no-shows and cancellations are written on the client's timeline as they happen.

Automation and approval

What runs on its own, and what always waits for you.

Runs on its own

  • Recording every enquiry and booking request, with where it came from.
  • Rating each enquiry hot, warm or cold, with the next step.
  • The response clock: one hour, two hours, one day.
  • "Request received" emails to customers, in your business's name.
  • Reminders before your calls, meetings and appointments.
  • The 08:00 list of who to contact today.

Always waits for you

  • Whether replies are sent for you or shown to you first. Asked once, changed any time.
  • Follow-ups to quiet clients and the messages on your morning list.
  • Confirming or declining every booking.
  • Anything published or posted: that is the workforce's work, and it waits for your approval.

Questions

What owners ask about Automation.

Do I have to build the rules myself?

No. The follow-ups, reminders and hand-offs on this page are built in and run from the day you start. You decide how the ones that speak for you behave: whether replies go out for you or wait for you, and how far ahead you are reminded.

Is this the same as the AI workforce?

No. Automation is the routine: it runs the same way every time, from what happens in your account. The workforce reasons, plans and proposes work, and that work waits for your approval.

Does automation cost credits?

Recording, rating, reminding, routing and nudging cost nothing. A reply Sarah writes and sends for you uses one credit, and the messages she drafts for your morning list use credits you agree to once.

Can I switch something off?

Yes. Say "stop replying for me" in the chat to stop automatic replies, set any calendar item to no reminder, or switch reminder emails off.

Will it email my whole list?

No. Automation sends the replies, confirmations and reminders single enquiries and bookings need. Bulk email campaigns are not part of the product.

Does it connect to other tools?

Automation works inside your account: your website, Clients, Calendar, chat and companion app. It does not log in to outside tools on your behalf.

When do the nudges arrive?

Between 08:00 and 21:00 in your own time zone, batched so you get one message, not one per lead, and each step only once per enquiry.
